| Win no 3 on the europantour (2006-08-21)The finals started with 6 games on sundaymorning 8 am, and i was playing solid and ended up with 1353 and easilly went thru to the matchplay. Meet Mathias Årup in the first round, and after a bad first game witch a lost i won the next 3 and got thru to round 2 to meet Petter Hansen, Norway. That match was similar to the previous one and won with 3-1 again. Paul Moor, England was my opponent in the quarterfinal, and after a tight battle over 5 games i won with 253-247 in the deciding game. Meet Martin Larsen in the tv-broadcast semifinal, and after i start with a doublestrike and Martin got a open frame in the beginning of the match there was a fairly easy win for me with 226 against 194. My opponent in the final Tim Mack, USA didnt have so many good shots so the match was almost over after 5-6 frame. 236-180 was the final score. This was a very nice win for me, and a good indication that my game is improving all the time. (2006-08-14)Where a lot more room for errors here in Helsingborg compare to last weeks tournament in Copenhagen, and of course the results where really high today. Played my first 2 games on a pair that was a little tricky, but made 413 anyhow. Struggled in the third game also, but ended with 3 times 258 and 1386 for total. Will take some days of but must likely i play on saturday just to se if the lanes have changed. |
