Feels like it was me losing today, and not Stuart winning. (2007-05-07)Felt really good on both patterns during the practice, and it also was a strike-party for me. Jason on his hand had a not so good day on the lanes, so i could play very relaxed. Won with 537(258,279)-348(190,158). Was up for Paul Moor, England in the semi and it felt really good here also. Paul played much better then Jason so it was i fight to the end. Had a couple of good breaks while Paul had a couple of bad ones, but sometimes luck is on yuor side. Did also won the semi with 2-0, but it was a tight match who could ended either way. Won with the scores 504(258,246)-461(227,234). In the final wich starts at 2 pm local time, i will face Stuart Williams, England. (2007-05-06)After the first two days with one pattern a day, it was now time for the dual pattern. Had a little problem with the short in the beginning, but i change ball in the end of the second game and after that i felt really comfortable. 1825 was my score yesterday and that was good enough to get to the quarterfinal. Will meet Jason Belmonte, Australien in best of three games. The finals starts at 2.30 pm local time. (2007-05-05)The short pattern was different compared to what i played on before, as you could not play out on the first five boards. Did not used any ball with shortoil-layout either, instead i used balls that also can be used on longoil. My score yesterday was 1757, and i advanced to 10th position. Today we play 8 games on dualpattern(long/short). (2007-05-04)Yesterdays 8 games was on the long pattern, but it was unfortunately not so much oil, and the pins fell very easy, which made the scorelevel skyhigh. Had 1808 and thats good enough for 14th position. The tournament continues today at 2.30 pm local time with 8 games on the short pattern. |
